Privacy Policy

UB Communications Inc. operates Mindly Sleep. The app is designed to provide quiet audio for rest without requiring a Mindly Sleep account. This policy explains how the Mindly Sleep mobile application handles information.

Information we collect

Mindly Sleep does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone access, or health information. The app does not contain advertising or cross-app tracking.

Information stored on your device

Your favorites, narrator choice, playback preferences, and downloaded audio are stored locally on your device. This information is not uploaded to Mindly Sleep. You can remove downloaded audio in the app or remove all local information by deleting the app.

Audio delivery

When you stream or download a session, your device makes a standard internet request to our content delivery provider, Cloudflare. Technical request information, such as an IP address, may be processed as needed to deliver and protect the service. Mindly Sleep does not use this information to identify you, create a profile, advertise to you, or track you across apps and websites.

Premium subscriptions

If you purchase Mindly Sleep Premium, Apple processes the payment and manages your subscription. We do not receive your full payment-card details. RevenueCat processes purchase and entitlement information, such as product identifiers, transaction status, and an app-specific identifier, so the app can unlock Premium and restore purchases.

Your choices

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings and use Restore Purchases inside Mindly Sleep. You can remove downloaded audio within the app and remove locally stored app information by deleting the app.

Sharing and selling information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for advertising or data-broker purposes.

Children

Mindly Sleep is a general-audience relaxation app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If the app’s information practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated.
