How do I listen offline?
Open a session and tap the download control. Downloaded sessions remain available without an internet connection.
How much storage can downloads use?
Mindly Sleep limits offline audio to 1.5 GB. Remove any downloaded session from its player screen to free space.
What do Infinite Loop and Stop at End mean?
Infinite Loop repeats the selected session. Stop at End plays it once and then stops. You can press play again at any time.
Why is a session not playing?
Check your internet connection for cloud sessions, or confirm that the session finished downloading before listening offline. Closing and reopening the app may also help.
Does Mindly Sleep require an account?
No. You can stream, favorite, and download sessions without creating an account.
How do I restore Premium?
Open Mindly Sleep, go to the Premium screen, and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and select Mindly Sleep.
